IT Support
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support to join our Belgrade team and deliver exceptional IT Support. If you have a varied set of technical skills, passion for technology and feel confident in fast-paced environments, don’t hesitate to apply!
Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage and administer M365 environments efficiently
Provide operational support for Windows laptop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Utilize ticketing systems, such as Jira, to track and resolve IT issues
Demonstrate strong network knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong work ethic and customer-oriented approach
Previous experience in IT support or related roles
Certification in CompTIA A+ and Microsoft MS-900 would be highly beneficial
